The tip of vibratior, Forged with high-quality 40 Cr-alloy steel by Salt bath furnace quench technology, mostly improve the mechanical capacity up to hardness of HRC52-58 degree, good wear-resistance and long service lifeleeving: Use 45# carbon steel, handled by high-frenquency quenching and the hardness up to HRC50~52 degreeRolling element: handled by high-frenquency quench with high grade 40 Cr-alloy steelFlexible Flexible pipe: Use high-quality native rubber and 65# Mn alloy spring steel and the thickness around 1.8MM.The laminated linen canvas using high quality, and in which the L-D-12 groups ,every group has 5 0.3MM thick steel wire cloth, rubber, steel, canvas combination between thedense, low elongation, easy to break, long life.
